3) See if you can get a cheaper rate for you auto insurance.

4) When you go to the grocery store always use the put 3 back rule. Do your normal shopping and before going to check out look at your cart and put 3 things back. This will make you think before you purchase and will often allow you to cut out some impulse buys or things you don't really need.
